About the group

We are a sociable and friendly book reading group. Since early 2010 we have been meeting once a month in bars around the centre of Bristol. The group is open to all ages/genders/etc and is free to join. We'd be pleased to see you at our next meeting, all you need to do is turn up. We are usually easy to find as there are about twenty of us each time. The discussion is always very sociable and informal, we aim to be welcoming to new members and not to take ourselves too seriously!

Mailing list

If you would like to join the group, please sign up to our mailing list to receive information about our meetings. Only members can post messages to the list so you don't have to worry about spam.

Future plans

We'll be meeting again on the 17th of February, books: The Land of Sweet Forever by Harper Lee and Yoga for People Who Can't Be Bothered to Do It: Essays by Geoff Dyer.
